Thank You for An Amazing 2nd Birthday!

To everyone who made our 2nd Birthday Crop such a great success!!  It was a scraptabulous weekend all thanks to you!

The Scrapbook Fairy left plenty of goodies for all the croppers each morning, yay!

60 scrappers hard at "work" - makes for a room full of incredible inspiration!  These gals have some serious talents!

While procraftinating on Saturday I came across this and thought how perfectly it summed up the weekend, lol!

Can you relate?!

The food.  Oh, the food!  We certainly did not go hungry this weekend, Cori-Lyn and Ivy fed us well!

And for those of you still drooling over the Gingerbread Pudding, here is the recipe - Enjoy!

1/2 cup butter or margarine
1/2 cup sugar
2 eggs

2 1/2 cups flour
2 tsp ginger
1 1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp allspice
1/2 tsp cloves
1/2 tsp salt

1 cup molasses
1 cup water

1 cup packed brown sugar
3 cups hot water
1/3 cup melted butter

Using mixer, mix sugar and butter together until smooth.  Slowly add in eggs.

Mix all dry ingredients together.

Mix molasses and water together.  Slowly add the dry ingredients and the molasses mixture to your beaten butter mixture and mix until smooth.

Add mixture to greased 9 x 13 pan.  Sprinkle the brown sugar over top. Mix melted butter with hot water and slowly pour over cake.
DON'T PANIC!  It will look like a giant mess right now but I promise it will come out okay!

Bake at 350 for about 45 minutes or until the top is cracked and cake is set.

Of course it would just not be a birthday crop without games and prizes, right?!  Here was a new and fun one all seemed to enjoy.

Why yes, yes they are! :-)

Thank you again, friends, for making it such a successful crop - see you next time!
